DEVELOPER BANCS ON NEW TECHNOLOGY FOR SALES

A new sales centre has opened its doors today in Toowong, using replica displays and cutting-edge CGI and Digital Sales Book technology to give buyers a ‘virtual tour’ of the new  uber luxury Banc riverfront apartments.

The sales centre is designed to provide an immersive experience for the buyer, embracing Banc’s  riverfront location. It  showcases a display kitchen with butler’s pantry, and ensuite, supported by an interactive touch-screen display.

The touch screen display allows buyers to scroll through floor plans, realistic computer generated images and indicative river and city views for each of the 33 apartments included in the 15 level building.

The sales and display centre is open by appointment, with an open house weekly on Thursdays from 5-7pm and on Saturdays from 11am-3pm.

Banc is being marketed by Peter Hutton of Hutton and Hutton Real Estate, who says developers are needing to become innovative and engaging with their sales centres for off-the-plan projects.

“Purchasers can use the touch-screen display to compare views from different apartments side by side, and then walk through a full-scale replica kitchen and bathroom to see the quality of Banc’s fittings and finishes first hand,” Mr Hutton said.

“A model of the building has also been installed to give purchasers a sense of Banc’s scale and stunning architecture. ”

Banc, developed by Ideal Property Australia, features nine levels of  two Sky Homes per floor boasting private lift-to-door access, and a full floor, one-of-a-kind 455m2 ‘Sky Mansion’ penthouse atop the building.

The project’s signature underground wine cellar aptly named ‘Wine Banc’ will provide private storage for residents’ wine collection along with an exclusive, private tasting room.

A 15 metre, infinity-edge pool overlooking the river, surrounded by private gardens completes the lifestyle offering.

Mr Hutton said that the majority of enquiry about Banc to date had been from high-end downsizers and baby boomers from prestige western suburbs, looking to move from the family home to a house-sized apartment, and that these purchasers gained confidence from the level of detail available about the project.

“Construction of Banc is expected to start in the third quarter of 2016, we understand that high-end downsizers are looking for as much information as possible to ensure that the transition from a home to an apartment is seamless and enjoyable,” he said.

“To this end, the developer has contracted Q1 Design to develop an interactive digital plan of the building, which will allow purchasers to view floorplans, aspects and finishes for each and every apartment.

“This process allows buyers to feel confident and comfortable in the knowledge that their new apartment will suit their needs and lifestyle, and they will be able to see the quality of the finishes first-hand, similar to the way they would if they walked into a display apartment.”

Developer John Li said Banc was a unique project that had been designed for the Brisbane market.
