The official launch this week of Brisbane’s newest luxury riverfront project, Banc, will close the gap in the market for larger home-style apartments complete with private entry and exclusive lifestyle amenities.

The release of Banc apartments follows an exclusive VIP launch event held at the Regatta Hotel, which was attended by more than 80 registered prospective purchasers and local business and Council identities.
The project’s limited collection of two and three bedroom apartments are now selling from $899,000 and $1,390,000 respectively, with a new on site sales display suite currently under construction and due to open in early December by appointment.
Banc has been designed by WMK Architects and SJB Interiors, who are among the consultants for the iconic Barangaroo development in Sydney.
